These are all great — I might go with the old fashioned traditional list this year. My best friend and I like to sit at a cafe and build our 2026 mood board to help visualize our resolutions as well.

Thank you; I think that framing is perhaps an underestimated part of resolution making. Lists are very personal and can make us feel a little vulnerable. But with a little effort, we can declare firm commitments without letting it all hang out, so to speak. :)
